which are open to our guests 24 hours per day.

Additional Evening Meal (5 course [link to menu]) £ 19.00 p.p. pre-booked only.
We regret that we are unable to guarantee serving evening meals every particular day.

We regret that the hotel is unable to accommodate children under the age of eight. We regret that we do not have any family rooms.

For confirmation of your booking we ask you for full credit or debit card details: Name on the card, the long number, valid from date, expiry date, security code (i.e. the last three digits from the backside strip where your signature is shown) and your house number (if you have got one) and your Postcode.
We are entitled to use these details at our discretion in case of cancellation.

At our discretion we may ask you for a deposit to be paid at time of confirmation, preferably by Debit Card.
Cheques and Credit Cards are accepted as well. Cheques should be made payable to Mr and Mrs J. Buis.

 

If Cancellations [link to cancellation rules] occur a fee will be due. At our discretion we may apply the standard Wales Tourist Board cancellation rules,
Guests are recommended to take out holiday insurance against cancellation due to illness, etc.

Accessibility for disabled guests The hotel is situated at a slightly elevated position, ca. 15 meters above the level of the main road. The parking is reached by an ascending drive way, going up for circa 14 meters. The entrance door are reached by a stairs of six steps. There are no room at ground floor level. First floor Guests accommodation is reached by stairs, 12 + 5 steps. Second floor guests accommodation is reached by 12 + 5 (to the 1st floor) plus 8 + 7 more steps (to the 2nd floor). The swimming pool / sauna area is reached by ascending 12 + 2 steps followed by descending 6 steps. There are no lifts in the hotel. All the stairs have rails alongside. Two first floor rooms as well as one 2nd floor room have a step in shower, all other rooms bath and shower.
